Why - Young businesses need more help and expertise than what is available to the Founder/CEO. Plus not all of them can afford to hire or retain Industry experts. This project is an attempt to solve this challenge in a cost efficient, practical & viable manner.
How - Our company finds and bring on board relevant experts. Pre-aligns a set of deliverables in close consultation with the Founder/CEO. We structure the partnership in a commercially viable manner.
What it is not? - It is not a periodic phone call with an expert, it is not a consulting assignment and you don't get a bunch of theoretical suggestions as an output. CXOs are expected to play their role. Roll up the sleeves and deliver.
